SPRINT MANAGEMENT
| Scrumboard has easy to use tools for distributed teams to plan and track information and status easily. We are strong proponents of simple tools and InformationRadiators and try to keep sprint management as natural as possible.
Most sprint teams are very comfortable with the TaskBoards, SprintBurndowns and other such artifacts and rightly so. There is a very strong value in these tools and so ScrumBoard endeavors to provide the same values and tools to distributed teams. The Sprint Planning activity of the team that is associated with identifying the SprintGoal that needs to be accomplished for a sprint are provided through a easy to use interface. The Sprint Planing activity where the team discusses Design and the HOW (tasks) of achieving the SprintGoal is possible through the sprint back log or the Virtual TaskBoard where the team can quickly add tasks for the user stories planned on the sprint. |
