RELEASE MANAGEMENT
| ScrumBoard allows you to manage releases intuitively and also allows you to bring in data for previous releases. You can create releases, associate sprints within the releases and manage the user stories to be planned to be completed within a given release.
ScrumBoard has a intuitive ReleaseTimeLine that provides a easy and intuitive navigation and calendar based mapping to get a quick perspective about releases, sprints and the dates that are associated with them. ReleaseBackLog can be created by simply assigning user stories from the ProductBackLog to a particular Release and the progress on the Release is captured in the ReleaseBurnDown. Past release information can be imported into the tool using the ImportTool provided in the Administration Section. To keep usage simple, the minimum effort required to create a new Release is to just assign it as a tag to a user story in the Release field and subsequent information can be configured for the release in the Administration section. |
