| It is normally suggested that when eliciting requirements, it would be good to start with large goals that define the requirements at a high level. As the features get discussed, they can be broken down into smaller user stories that can be planned, estimated and tested. Scrumboard allows you to split your user stories and allows the team to estimate each of the sub stories independently. The total size of the Epic then becomes the sum of the estimates on each of the user stories. |
