PRODUCT BACKLOG MANAGEMENT - ADDING USER STORY TO THE BACK LOG
| As a Product Owner, I can add a user story to the product back log, So that the team can view them on the back log and plan for delivery. Scrumboard allows you to create user stories and add them to the product back log. You can add a user story in the Product context and assign the user story to a release and sprint. Scrumboard allows you to define user story trees to group similar requirements. You can create a product back log with a name and assign user stories to the product backlog. Assigning stories to a product back log can help you in multi team configurations where you could split the main product backlog into smaller pieces with specific teams working on each product backlog. This way the teams can work in a focused manner without having an information over load and having to look at the complete back log. User stories can be grouped into themes which allows you to view the progress at a higher level in terms of themes. |
