What is ScrumBoard ?

ScrumBoard is an online project management tool for agile methods like Scrum,Kanban, etc., This product is available as a SAAS service fororganizations to enable teams to use Kanban principles like Visible Charts,and other planning and tracking tools commonly used by scrum teams overthe Internet for distributed development. The product beta release hasthe scrum template that allows teams using Scrum to quickly get startedwith minimal effort to move from an XLS or paper andpen tools to a distributed project management tool.

ScrumBoard has all the basic featuresrequired for scrum teams like ability to ManageProducts,ManageProductBackLog, Adding and Managing UserStories, A VisualTaskBoard for daily Stand-up Meetings and Task Updates.  It providesthe standard InformationRadiators like SprintBurndown,ReleaseBurndown, and Velocity Graph.  Unlike many other productswhich stop here, ScrumBoard also has aneffective mechanism for SprintReview information andSprintRetrospective information to be captured.

ScrumBoard is a mature toolthat has been used for multiple projects and teams before and allowsteams to get online with their project management as easily andnaturally as possible.
